hoo-la-la.com e-shopping mall is located in Hong Kong and all products will be shipped from Hong Kong.
If the ship to destination is within Hong Kong, buyer is regarded as Local buyer.
If the ship to destination is outside Hong Kong, buyer is regarded as Overseas buyer.
Buyers are responsible to pay the shipping cost which including the postage plus registered post fee US$1.8 per shipment.
Payment should be done in advance within 3 days upon order confirmation. (US$1=HK$8)
Delivery is possible within 3 days upon confirm receipt of payment.
Lead-time for handmade crafts depends on the order quantity and need to be re-confirmed.
Products are classified into 9 grades with range AA to D- (please refer to below table) according to their status of good.
In order to eliminate any argument about different grading standards by different parties, buyers should absolutely trust
the grading made by hoo-la-la.com & with no claim or refund on the matter of opinion, otherwise do not confirm order

Shipping Requirements
Products will be shipped by "registered post" only for both local & overseas buyers.
For local buyer, will accept face to face transaction if order amount reaches US$50 or above.
Payment Methods
Accept PayPal only for overseas buyer.
Accept either PayPal or ATM transfer for local buyer.
Payment method other than the above mentioned will not be considered.
(For order amount less than US$30, an additional 6% handling fee will be charged for payment via PayPal.)
